The maintenance staff is horrible. They get special spots all over premises to park their "maintenance" vehicles plus their own personal cars. They are known to rip up maintenance requests if they don't like you. The buildings are sinking and shoddily put together. There are abandoned cars full of mold and they won't do anything about it. The maintenance workers speed around the complex and close the laundry room early. We just found a cockroach in our 2nd floor apartment yesterday: GROSS! The sidewalks are a mess and one of the workers has an ATV and rides it in the middle of the courtyard whenever it rains or snows. The office staff is a nightmare to deal with and they constantly deliver the rent stubs late in the month and frequently to the wrong people.
