The Maintenance staff is a joke. The ladies in the office are rude. We have called to get our bathroom fixed 6 times. We have even spoken with the owner and nothing gets fixed. The maintenance staff sits in the office all day and smokes Our apt has roaches, termites and mosquitoes. Nothing is done. This place is a discrace. Our walls are cracked and the only way to keep the second bathroom door closed is with duck tape. There is a parking problem here and the maintenance staff take up more than the alloted 2 spots. Maintenance only fixes the apt of people they like and I was told by one of the office staff that they even tear up repair requests. At one point our neighbor had to call the police because the son of a maintance staff was shooting golf balls at people's cars. Not worth the price or aggravation!!
