I find it funny that the previous review said 'YES' but she says the heat doesn't work and the parking isn't great. Obviously you have lived in terrible places before. The rant : Office is rude, workers don't work, heat does not work (in any of the apartments I guess), parking is a joke. Patel Plaza conviently located practically right in the enviornment. I guess you DO get for what you pay for. It's a joke. I moved out.

You've got to be kidding me right? I only lived there for one year. I lived in manalapan too actually - Sutton Drive, look it up. (Since you are so eager to respond to this stupid website).. I couldn't live in a place with no heat. I find it REALLY funny how 3 previous posts said they do not have heat and it's STILL not fixed. Why was yours fixed? I could only imagine why. The only reason I moved there was the commute to nyc and of course the low low price. Either way I'm gone. Come price the loft I live in now though (Gramercy park to be exact). Central heating/air. AAHHHHHH. Miss it? I bet. Good luck with your 'construction'.

I take insult to you saying I've lived in "terrible places before". I've owned beautiful homes in Manalapan and East Brunswick, homes you could not afford and most likely never will. The fact is I'm waiting for my new home to be built and this happens to be close to my work and inexpensive since I'm paying construction costs. You should not "Guess" and only comment on what you know. As I stated in my past review the heat didn't always work but they were quick to fix it. I always was able to find parking maybe not right at my front door but never farther then the other side of the building. The place is safe as I've never had any problems nor heard of any. The price is right, being this close to all the major highways and still paying under a thousand makes it a yes

wow you are full of it and you are a lier. I've been here for 5 years and can tell that you are full of it. Just remember what goes around comes around.
