I've lived here for the past 6 years and strongly disagree with the majority of negative feedback this place is getting, many people here overstate what actualy is and forget that this in an APT.COMPLEX not your own house. Dogs barking, neighbore makes noise, parking problems on and on... are you kiddin me' this is an apartament complex not your ranch!

First the positives - biggest 1 and 2 bedroom apt. in NJ, always clean, grass always cut nicely, snow is always removed, very safe and good area, allow pets and it's close to everything. I walk my dog between 11pm-1am every night and am amazed on how quiet it is. My AC unit broke last summer, 30 min after my phone call a new unit was installed, no questions asked. Personally I did not have any problems with roaches or ants, never seen one in my apt but maybe that's becouse I keep it clean.

The negatives - as previous rewievs mentioned these maintanance workers and their ATV's can be a headache when he zooms past your building, it's a 25 MPH zone with kids running around and this moron doesn't get it. The one lady in the office (older with glasses) is a total *^#% but that's only if you are a cry baby. It's very quiet around the entire complex but the walls in these apt are thin, I hear my neighbors but that comes with living in apartments. The biggest negative this place has is the laundry rooms, not that it's dirty or anything it's just that you have 2 washers and 3 dryers for 100 apartments, people will take your stuff out if the time is up and you are not there.

Overall I would recommend this place to anyone, I love it here. The maintanance crew is very helpful except for this guy with the ATV, the office crew is what brings this complex down but the area and apts are very nice.

Your an IDIOT. If you have any class or self respect you will NOT like it there at NAV apartments. You can't sit here and tell people OH YES YES IT'S WONDERFUL because your experience was 'OK for you'. Really now.... 90% of the previous posts are negative. WAKE UP.

90% of people who post here wayyyyyy overstate what actually is. My AC was replaced in 30 min after I called, so I'm an idiot for giving credit where credit is due? I've been living here for 5 years and there's very little to complain about except for the moron on his ATV and the ladey in the office. Look at some posts here, "tape and bubble gum"? are you serious? that's clearly someone who has nothing better to do than sit and complain all day. These building and grounds are in superb condition not to mention that they allow pets. Just because you had a bad experience with your neighbor doesn't mean we all did. People like you think the maintanance crew should clean your apt. daily, do the dishes and loundry too. If you keep food BEHIND your fridge why are you surprised that you have roaches? Again, this is an apartment complex not a beach resort in Hawaii. I've been here for 5 years saving up my $$$$ for a house but I love my 2bdr apt so much I'm gonna stay another 5 years and save some more $$$......Losers like you like to complain and think people actualy listen, it doesn't take much to see that you're the idiot.
