?? A nice place to live I don't get what all the complaints are about? they respond to repairs pretty quick, the apartment in really nice and the community is even better. You have your own privater entry and the kitchens and bedrooms are TONS bigger then most place. I would never choose

Nice place to live... I don't really understand all the complaints. Been here six months now with no problems. Moved in during the winter and they were wonderful with snow removal. Now that it's early summer the lawn is always cut and neat. Always clean around the building and no problems

10 Years & Happy I have lived in 3 different apartments here in NAV & have nothing but good experience. The maintanence guys are nice and do a good job at fixing my probelms. As far as bugs, I have heard complaints but never had a problem.

WATERBUGS - Real big waterbugs, too many to count. Fleas too, because of stray cats living in crawl space underneath apartment. Too many hassles overall. Can´t walk on the grass because people don´t pick up after their pets. Landscaping is pathetic. We kept the apartment spotless. Still,
