Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
It has nice amenities, but you PAY for them. I was accosted in my doorway by a druggie once, so their security is lax. They like to put up a good show, but it breaks down and is a hassle for guests.
The rent should be paid to you..let's see what do you get for your money' No view, a nice roaring background of 287. Their idea of a spa or workout club is something any Bubba could slap together in his basement.
They make more of a show. We had to have things replaced several times (and we were part of the 'in' crowd of newbies that moved in first when the place was virgin).
More for yuppies than anything else. And around the complex is nothing short of depressing. A gas station, empty land, and a few unlucky homeowners who got built up around.
