I watched this place get built every day as I drove on 287 North dreaming one day that I would live there. I am here now for a few years and its fine. Staff and maintenance are good. However, the kids rule...kicking their stupid football and basketball on everyones cars and when you call the police, they say its not their problem. I watched a man get his car bopped on and the guy took the kids ball and he chased him and gave him a serious scolding. Have only had minor problems in 3 years which was repaired quickly. It feels very much as a home should. Its a jockeying for position in the front line parking but there is still plenty of spots in the middle, seems like everyone believes in those stupid SUVs and at the end of the month, I silently applaud the moving vans as they line up to free up some more parking spaces. Mail delivery schedule is questionable...but satisfactory, do you like your mail delivered from 5pm until 8:15pm. If so, you are in luck. All in all my home is my castle.
