I have lived in many different apartment complexes, but this place is a wallet-soaker. First of all, you get "0" for your money. The rent is a rip-off. Fees are ridiculous. Absolutely NO closet space or storage, oh, I am mistaken, the storage room IS the patio. This place is like a hotel. Everytime you look someone is either moving in or out. Wonder why'..After a couple years, things start breaking and falling apart. The "security gates" are the biggest waste. You have to pay to have an entrance card and the gates are CONSTANTLY broken. You can just walk right thru. Nice security. They MAKE YOU PAY monthly for a useless security alarm in your apt as well. Also, 287 is just a charm. Everything is noisy and the air filter in the apt has to be changed every two weeks, disgustingly filthy from the 287 air quality. And yes, some company is always needing access to your apt for fixing, checking, or cleaning something ALL THE TIME. When maintenance has to enter your apt, they never leave a work order or note to say they were in. Snow removal is a joke on the sidewalks. The ovens all broke thruought the development, and took a long time to repair. And the apts are the size of a shoebox. Can rent a better place in Hoboken for the money. You should take a walk thru and see how many EMPTY apts there are...wonder why' The office staff are dim-witts as well. This development has never won any awards yet. Go elsewhere.
