Great for convenience of stores, but too expensive and too much truck traffic right outside of development. One bedroom is up to $1360 with a Clean common area and grounds. Too many amentities too pay for without your choice. You have to have a security system and pay for it (included with rent) and you have no option to join the pool/excercise. That cost you $300 a year regardless if you use them. Also, a big turn-over of people moving in and out. I have lived here 15 months and everyone in my building has moved out and new people in.
