Load noises from the adjacent apt bathroom in Master bedroom. You can hear the entire bathroom activity, loud noise from pipes and water drains. Its almost like water would burst out of the wall. Also duram avenue/287 traffic noise is unbearable in early mornings. Would not recommend this place for the price.
