The apartments are very nice... new construction... great design; good fixtures... nice layout etc...

Called a gated community but the gates are broken most of the time... the intercom is run by another company and it takes for ever to repair...

Also one gets charged for things like pool; business center etc... and does not have a choice of deciding not to use it...

Overall if you have the money to spare... $1330 for a 830 sqft one bedroom it is a nice place to live...

The two bedrooms are obvuously out of question at $1550 and $1650 a piece...
