Definitly a "No-No" place

Extremely bad soundproof!

If you will live in a downstair unit, be prepare to be waked up at 2 in the morning just because your above neighbour is walking to the restroom. Also be prepare for leaking somewhere and broken pipes.

Move out here ASAP!!!!
