Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
expensive for very poor construction, very noisy. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Heating bills are insane if you live on the first floor as all your heat goes to other tenents above. Young kids are not watched and constantly roaming apartment complex.
