Its a great place to live. My only issue is that tenants expect an "apartment" to be their personal "house". Apartment living is aquired. The management here does a great job in making sure that everyone is comfortable. Tenants complain about thin walls, train noise, parking, management delays, kids, cultural customs etc. Remember, apartment life is a business and this comes with it! If you are not willing to deal with apartment life then you need a home, but if you want a great apartment and your good people, come to woodland manor!

THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. WE HAVE ONE NEIGHBOR THAT HAS AN AGRESSION ISSUE AND IS CONSTANTLY SCREAMING, BANGING WALLS, AND GENERALLY BEING ABUSIVE TO NOT ONLY HIS OWN FAMILY BUT TO OTHERS AROUND HIM. WE'VE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. WE HAVE DECIDED TO BREAK OUR LEASE AND MOVE DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR SMALL CHILDREN HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS AND MANAGEMENT HAS DECIDED TO FILE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST US. ALSO, THE NEIGHBOR BELOW US IS A SMOKER AND THE SMOKE COMES INTO OUR APARTMENT. THE NEIGHBOR ACROSS FROM US IS UP AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT SCREAMING OBSENITIES AT HER CHILDREN, POLICE ARE CONSTANTLY CALLED AND MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THAT AS WELL.
DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE MOVE INTO THE WOODLANDS.

Well, just found this site and have been living in the Woodlands a year. I have an apartment on the 2nd floor of one of the 3rd story buildings. My only gripe is the tenants in the 1st floor lawn apartments. My god are they tacky. They make the complex look hideous with horrible chairs, smoking all day, walking on the well manicured lawn sitting out on the lawn "all-night" and now we have one that has partys. I dont think management know about this but if I were management there would be guidelines for the 1st floor tenants like they have with the 3rd floor tenants having rugs. How can they promote the complex when it looks tacky, and they wonder why there are no tenants moving in?
