I guess I'll start out with the positives: They allow dogs.. HaHa! It's very central to major highways & they have washer/dryers.

Now the negatives: It's expensive, they allow dogs (bark all day/night), kids running all over the place (not supervised), limited parking for the most part, rooms are pretty small and have odd layouts, appliances are very, very low end, and the worst part about Woodland Manors is that the construction is poorly done... I can hear the person upstairs going to the bathroom, when she's on the phone, when she wakes up and goes to sleep, when she's going out on the balcony, when she comes home late after she crashes her car, when they have people over, I can go on for days. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN.... BEWARE!
