I was happy here. I rented here for 2 years. Yes, it is pricy but you get a full size washer and dryer and newer construction. Great pool! 287 is noisy all night long, luckily I am a good sleeper. Management was nice to me and it was clean and I never heard my neighbors.

Not worth the money Load noises from the adjacent apt bathroom in Master bedroom. You can hear the entire bathroom activity, loud noise from pipes and water drains. Its almost like water would burst out of the wall. Also duram avenue/287 traffic noise is unbearable in early mornings. Would not

Good place to stay, a bit pricey The experience was good. The management was courteous and helpful. Maintenance was good.
Being very close to the highway makes it not a very quite place but over all a very good and satisfying experience.

Rude One of manager is rude and not friendly.
The rental fee was so much high, over $1400
even for one bedroom.
Besides you have to survive from train's
siren in the midnight!!!
Always gate is broken by somebody that

no! expensive for very poor construction, very noisy. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Heating bills are insane if you live on the first floor as all your heat goes to other tenents above. Young kids are not watched and constantly roaming apartment complex.

Bad First Impression I went to view an apartment last month. The apartment manager wore Grinch pajama pants, smokes a cigarette the whole time, and cursed like a sailor. who would want to deal with that on a regualr basis. Also, the apartments are not that great.

Very good place to live I would recommend Woodland Manor to any of my friends.
Its a great place to live and the management is very responsive.
Like any other apartment building it has its small problems with noise due to neighbors, but that comes with the territory.
