I have read the previous comments, and they are true. No need to repeat them now. I have to let the world know what happened when we got his with a foot of snow this Feb.

Nobody is allowed to park on Leonardine ave. (or any other side road in the complex) when it snows. We are all forced to park in the lots.

All the tenants had to shovel their own walks, and all of the cars were stranded in the lots. To top it off, the management never sent anybody to shovel or plow! People were forced to miss a day of work because they could not get out of the lots, and shovel their own walks! (The tenant living above the rental office shoveled the walk to the rental office!)

A few tenants are going to ask for compensation (lost pay, and charge the management for their labor in shoveling). It is only fair.

I hear the rent went up again! I haven't been hit with that one yet, but I wonder how they can justify that when this place is a dump! There is now one building that has almost every apartment empty. When you go to the back of it, it looks like it should be condemed! There is a dumpster right behind this building, about 25 feet away from one of the balconies. (Imagine the smell in the place during the summer).

Parking stinks here. You have tenants with 2 or 3 grown children moving in with them, and all have cars. They take up all of the parking!
