There are A LOT of empty apartments. We got a notice to refer friends and get a discount on our rent. WHO WOULD DO THAT TO A FRIEND' The maintenance man is so busy trying to fix the empty apartments that he does not answer calls to current tenants.

*WORD TO THE WISE IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER (Nafali or something like that) MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR IT IN WRITING, BECAUSE HE SEEMS TO HAVE "SELECTIVE AMNESIA".
