The only nice thing about this place is that you can LEAVE whenever you want!!!!
Thats right! They are up to their eyeballs over there with code violations, that if you decide to leave and "break your lease" they will not take you to court if you tell them that they are violating a code and you are in fear for your safety. If you tell them that if they have the town inspector check your place out, that you will stay if it passes inspection, they will basically cut you a check for your security money on the spot!
