I can't believe what a pit of hell this place is. I have pointed out to them MANY times that my deadbolt on my door DOES NOT WORK. The bolt is about one inch higher than the hole they drilled for it. I have only a doorknob lock for safety. (The chain was broken before I moved in, and they never bothered to fix it). The only security I have for the sliding door is a rotted wooden beam that they through in for free since the balcony door lock is broken. The windows are old and disgusting! The aparment was shown to me with window blinds on every window (including the balcony). I was told that the standard color came with the apartment, and if I wanted to change the color to give the old ones to the Super. When I moved in, NOT A BLIND IN SIGHT. They took them all down! Neighbors are annoying, and like someone previously mentioned, it is like a ghetto during the night during the spring, summer, and fall with all of the teenagers hanging around outside, and domestic violence. I have witnessed fire trucks and police come and go many times. You have to be crazy to wash clothes in the laundry room. Day or night. At night you get the druggies waiting for you to leave so they can do other business, in the day, you get the wackos on medication stalking the next empty dryer. (7 washers to 4 dryers) Where is the sense in that' STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
