Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002

There are so many problems with these apartments!! The neighbors are nasty, weird people. There are tenants with large dogs (pets are not even allowed), and they never use pooper scoopers. You have to watch where you step! Complaints to management mean absolutely nothing!! Numerous times, police and fire trucks are there (because like i said, there are some nasty, weirdos that live there). People leave the gas on their stoves running, and they throw people down the stairs. And again, don't bother complaining to management, because THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING!!!
