This place needs a LOT of work

I agree with the last post in that Leonardine isn't the WORST place you could choose to live, but there is a LOT of room for improvement.
The snow issue is definitely true.
And the walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin! I can hear the neighbors 24/7. People play music at table rattling volumes at all hours of the day.
I have to say that I understand the previous posters issues with the Easter Seals. Everyone deserves a place to live though so I can't say much else.
Needless to say, I'm out of here as soon as my lease runs out. I can't say I would recommend Leonardine Gardens to others, but as the last post said, most Central NJ apartments aren't entirely that much better. All in all, renting is for the birds. The cheap apartments are just that and it's better to buy a house if you can afford $2500 rents. But if you have to rent, at least this site helps us pick out the least of hundreds of evils.
