The heating system sucks!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
In the winter the heat sometimes doesn't even come on. The neighbors are weirdos. No playground for the kids to play in, they run in the parking lot in the summer, all day and after school. I do not recommend renting in this apartment, the rent goes up every 6 months. Not worth your money.
