Everything's Broken, Residents are Terrible, Management is Crooked, Nothing Gets Fixed, Rent keeps Skyrocketing.

Leonardine Gardens is the worst apartment I have ever resided. The maintainance men come and go into your apartment as they please. They never fix anything but feel right at home in your dwelling when you're not there. The management, for lack of a better term, sucks. They constantly forget your complaints and never raise a finger unless you threaten them with legal action. They have notoriously posted our rent payments two and three days after the due date, however we mailed it a week in advance. This discrepency is only rectified by certified mail. The neighbors are simply unbearable. Between the fighting, partying, and mischief, your lucky if you get any sleep at night or on the weekends. A crackhead puts her young daughter on the balcony when her boyfriend, or should I say connection comes over. Its disheartening to see a child playing on a porch for hours while her mother shouts jibberish and cackles hysterically. Take my advice, its not worth the time, effort, money, and energy to live here. Its an endurance contest for the psyche that renders you dissolute. South River police and fireman should just put an auxillary station next to the Leasing Office simply for convenience.
