I have lived here for a few years now and I have to say that most of what these people say is not true. The rent is fair compared to places in the area and much much well kept!! Every apartment just got new windows, there is always plenty of parking, and the apartments are very spacious. Of all the apartments I ever lived, this has the most closet space! Some of these apartments come with dens and extra bathrooms.

They also have 24/7 maintenance repairmen who happen to be very nice. Being nice goes a long way. Try not treating them like slaves and they will jump if you have a problem.

I agree that those other people didn't pay their rent and that's why they say that this play isn't good. You can even pay your rent by the internet. I'm going to be buying a house at the end of my lease but I've been and will continue to recommend my friends and family here! Plus I get $250.00 off my rent everytime I recommend someone. What could be better'
