Leonardine Gardens was the perfect place to live IMO. I never had any issues except one loud party. Other than that, everything worked well, the heat, hot water, A/C, the appliances. I couldn't complain. If your not a high-maintenance person this is a great place to call home. It was by far better than living in a multi-family dwelling w/your run of the mill slumlords. The rent was reasonable and the access to local stores etc... couldn't be beat.
