I have lived here for the last eight years and I have to say that it is a very nice complex. The grounds are very well kept and the neighbors, for the most part seem quiet. The walls are thin but most apartment walls are thin, it's not uncommon. It's very close to route 18 for shopping but far enough away from all of the noise of that area. It's a great neighborhood and a nice place if you have kids, there aren't thugs hanging around the corners like other places.

I haven't had a problem with the new management, if anything, they have made some good changes. It's true that there isn't always someone in the office but they only have one employee running a couple complexes so I always just left a phone call and it seems to work out ok. The new lady in the office is very nice and always willing to gte to the bottom of any problem I have had.

My apartment is huge and for the price, you cant find that anywhere else. The repairs can be a little bit slow but I havent had any major problems that I wasnt willing to wait for.

I'm gonna buy a house soon and will be sad to go. Nothing in life is perfect but this place is pretty nice compared to others.
