Apartments are run down. Not worth the cost of rent. Maintenance is very slow. The billing department (office) causes alot of problems, while we were there and after we left, couldn't get away from them. They say that 30 days after lease is up you get your security back, well took 2 months becuase people at the office don't know what they are doing. People don't respect your parking spot and park on it when 50 thousand other spots are open. Ceiling is very thin, you can hear the people up stairs. Place is a one bedroom apartment and people have 6 poeple living in a one bedroom. Its by the south river high school, in the morning and when kids get out of school is a nightmare, no parking spots. place isn't worth it. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere!!
