The parking is a lot better now. They took spots away from people who don't use them and gave them to people who need them.

They fired the last maintenance guy. New guy is ok. I finally got my door painted, pretty quickly too.

You still can't beat the cheap rent. For the same size apartment you'd pay $1000. plus utilities elsewhere. It's an apartment people, not a palace.
