So Far So Good We moved in a couple of weeks ago. So far we have had a good experience. There were a few things wrong, like missing shelves in the cabinet and broken screen door. The staff has been very helpful and they fixed everything in a timely manner.

Leonardine Apartments I have been complaining about my down stairs neighbor since December about how noisy they are. The staff sucks. Nothing has been done. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Don't Bother...RUN away Lived here for 4 yrs. After moving in told the management that fridge is broken, bell does not work, roof and windows leak. Well after living here 4 yrs the windows and roof still leak, the bell still does not work, the fridge is still broken. Apparently

Nice for the cost The grounds are nice, it's quiet and the apartments are holding up fine. It's cheap to live here, not the Ritz but for the price, you are getting a lot. Cheap people need to stop complaining, if you want more, open your wallet and get a townhouse.

maintenance reluctant to fix issues
new pet policy-excessive dog barking

The New and Improved I just moved here to Deer Creek Village and my apartment is great!!!! The management company has reallly clean up this complex the grounds are kept clean.. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved it and it is so quiet here at night.
