large apartments
plenty of storage space
nice landscaping
cons-
thin walls
maintenance reluctant to fix issues
new pet policy-excessive dog barking
Fire alarms that if set off off in one apartment the entire building goes off.

The New and Improved I just moved here to Deer Creek Village and my apartment is great!!!! The management company has reallly clean up this complex the grounds are kept clean.. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved it and it is so quiet here at night.

Great experience! Leonardine Gardens was the perfect place to live IMO. I never had any issues except one loud party. Other than that, everything worked well, the heat, hot water, A/C, the appliances. I couldn't complain. If your not a high-maintenance person this is a great

It's gotten better The parking is a lot better now. They took spots away from people who don't use them and gave them to people who need them.
They fired the last maintenance guy. New guy is ok. I finally got my door painted, pretty quickly too.

I have lived here for the past two years and LOVE it. I am getting ready to move into a two bedroom in the building across the street. My rent has stayed the same for the past two years and in that same period of time all the buildings recieved new windows new gutters, and have been maintianed
