Not too bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The rent is high and you don't get much for your money here in NJ, but this is Summit and you can't expect things to be cheap. HOWEVER, it is a good neighborhood. I am nice and warm in the winter. Lots of closet space. No problems with neighbors either.
