Two different types of rentals - townhouses much better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My wife and I have been here since the summer of 2006. We rent one of the townhouses and I believe most of the good reviews come from people who live in the townhouses while the bad reviews come from the apartment units (also part of constantine village) across the street (beside the train tracks). We have a lot of space. Both our neighbors are pretty considerate and try to keep the noise down, as do we. I walk over to the train and take the express into Manhattan so I can't really complain about the prices.
