It is ok, but......

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006
Emerald is ok. The rent is high and you get no ammenities.
Maintenence is ,usually, around to fix things and they come out within 24hrs of your phone call.
There is no more assigned parking.
No extra ammenities for the 1175.00 (2bdrm)
Cars can get broken into and have been and things have been stolen out of cars by what is rumored as the homeless people in the woods here. Winteringham villiage is nearby
it's rumored they come through here skulking for loot, also.
This is a great place for older people or childless couples.
