Holiday on the Bay Apartments

Management'' I don't think so! From: reeldiva1350@aol.com Date posted: 8/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Renter beware...this is the most mismanaged apartment complex possibly on earth. In your lease it states "parking spot" well, if you get home early enough that is, you can drive around the entire complex and not find an open spot. Tenants have their cars towed on a regular basis because of their incompetancy and laziness not to create assigned spots. You can call for days asking for maintance and until you're at your wits end, they finally respond. The geese! Well, that's a lovely thing to come home to poop every where. It could have been a comfortable home and very enjoyable living on the bay but Holiday On The Bay management creates an enviornment that thats comfortable only for themselves cause they go home at night!
