Holiday on the Bay Apartments

The worst Management in the business! Stay AWAY !! From: planman Date posted: 4/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   Not only did I live at Holiday I worked there and I know all about the deceitful tactics of the management. I have never seen a management co. treat its residents with such disregard. All they want is their rent.There is nothing they will do for you. When you look at the model, don't be fooled. This is not what you will get. You will get an apt. with cinder block walls, mix-matched color bath tiles. Don't bother complaining, they don't care about you. Don't leave anything other than a plant or a piece of patio furniture out on your patio, because management will have maintenance take it away. Oh.. that goes for the balcony too. You will get a letter to remove it or be evicted. There is one good thing at Holiday, the maintenance staff. These 2 guys work very hard, with NO overtime or emergency call pay. They do there best. They deserve better! I left this job on good terms (for a better job). I just don't want anyone to be suckered in to renting just for the location. You won't be happy. This management co. is by far the worst I've ever seen in 20yrs. in the business!!!!!!!!!!!
