Please do not move here, my infant son and daughter were in and out of the doctors office alot and we finally realized that their constant bronchitis and health problems were because of the mold. I went to the leasing office and all they did was paint over it. I asked them to fix the problem because the mold in both bathrooms kept coming back. I did mt own test from the department of health and they said the mold was dangerously high. They refused to acknowledge my problem, so we moved. They would not return our security deposit because we brole our lease but we had no choice, my children were sick. We had to get a lawyer and after a year it was finally returned. There are more problems here but as you can see this was the biggest. Leaks everywhere, no parking, and problems around the house were never fixed. Please find another place to live. Three other friends also reported their mold problems too. It is all electric here so my heating bill each month was at least $400.
