This place is a pure dump. Leaks everywhere. My upstairs bathtub comes through the ceiling of the downstairs half bath. Mold is everywhere. It has been that way since the day I moved in. My hot water is non existent (I'm told nothing is wrong with it) The majority of the tenants are low life. My next door neighbor is a drug dealer and I am counting the days until I can get out of my lease. Don't move here! You'd be better off living in Paterson or Newark.
