I was somewhat appalled by the comment from who ever TDianna is in a previous post. TRUE ENOUGH..There are maintenance issues that can be put on hold..,however, when your roof has been blown off from a nor-easter, & it takes 5 months & a state inspection to remedy that, I would call that worse than unacceptable, but downright negligent!! Oh & for new posters, please rate noise at the BOTTOM of the star rating, ...I suppose it depends on where you are located....for myself, There is NO PRIVACY as I concur with a previous poster about the dogs, loud fights & continual parties! Oh & PS..The one good thing is that they do allow dogs for a pet friendly enviroment, HOWEVER, although I myself do NOT have a dog, the quality of most residents here with dogs,& I repeat, NOT ALL, BUT MOST do not pick up after their animals & although the weight limit I think is 25-35 lbs....the majority of dogs are 50lbs. & up. I also am not sure about how many dogs one can have,as most states do limit that, but there is one apartment with at least 4. Also, if my pix ever up-load, you will be horrified of the mold conditions, which I had sent a sample to a lab which confirmed my quandry as to why I've been breaking out with sores, rashes, & a myrid of other pulmonary issues.
