after 3yrs. of living there I must say it is the pits. Office help stinks and is very nasty after you give them the deposit. Apartment windows leak, apart temp. by law are suppose to be 64 at nite and 66 during day. unfortunatly 58 degrees is norm and if you call the office laughs at you and tells you if you don't like it move.
We had no water in Jan. and no heat for 3 days and were told too bad. also, when it snowed a few years ago we were snowed in for 3 days because the wonderful people in office told the maintence men not to do any shoveling until it started to melt. We could not get out to go to work. "too bad, go shovel out yourselves." But came the 1st of the month if we did not pay full rent we would be evicted.
the same water pipe broke in may and we were without water again for a few days. Windows are not put in right, window sills are cracking with paint and are painted over. In my apartment the dining room floor has a hole and carpeting is over it. The walls in all 3 rooms had black soot over the heaters.It was so bad that the township has been called and is working on it.
