Take it from someone who lived here for four years. The stuff about the heat and no hot water water are true. We lived in that same building. There is no emergency service and if we were smarter, All the tenants in that bldg would have gotten some rent reduction and also for the work we all missed due to them not plowing the parking lot. The owner is a lawyer. Be very wary because his leases read like court documents. His leases are written so that he is virtually held accountable for nothing. Even if you get hurt or maimed on his property by something faulty on his behalf you have no right to pursue it! You signed your right away when you signed your lease! If you think this is bull*#%$ then read the lease before you sign it. You may need a lawyer yourself to understand some of it but you will see how true this all is. And as for your security deposit dont think you will get it all back even if you leave the place spotless. They will itemize you to death so that you wont get it all. This is how this shrewed lawyer gets rich and he has his cronies do all his dirty work. Also there is the Dover Township Police who patrol frequently but not to your benefit because they are arresting illegal aliens and criminals.
Glad we are gone. Hope you will listen to words of wisdom. I wish someone would have warned us first.
