Some of the apartments are very far away from parking and they do not shovel so getting to your apartment with a baby in your arms is a total nightmare. They can be nasty to deal with, they are not at all kid friendly, no toys aloud outside. Not even chalk. There is not enough parking, the walls litterly fall apart, stairs are breaking, carpets dirty when you move in, can not open your windows most of the year or you get fined, you get fined for a lot of things. Not enough dumpsters. And they are far too. Read your lease well if you plan to move in these charming apartments!!
