This place is horrible... The menagment is very rude especially Katy, This woman has very poor people's skills and should not be allowed to work with other human beings ...I just can't believe she works there. They charge you for anything they can and they still want more money from you.
I did not have any privacy. There is a guy who is constantly spying on you looking at all your windows waiting for the right moment to send you a bill for 50$ ...Its radiculous what they do with people. The worse part of it is you have no support from the menagement. Try to call Katy and explain to her why your window was open...She would tell you to read your lease and she will hang up on you without a word ...how rude...

Harvey and Kathy (the owner and his lover) are the ones who send out snoops to spy on the tenants and look for ANY reason to fine tenants. They also are not liked in the courts due to the way the abuse tenants.
