I am a current resident here at Jamestown Village (crazy right' Thank God I will be out of here in 2 months!) Everything you have read in these reviews are quite accurate. The apartments are falling apart and the mgmt staff are choosey on who they are nice to.

I just wanted to add a side note regarding the maintenance men. Rich(who use to be head of maint.) is a very hard working man. Harvey works him like a dog. The poor guy gets no vacation days or sick days and is often still working well into the evening. He is treated by the office staff like he's one of the tenants. many times he wants to help out a tenant but then is told no and is threatened his job if he doesn't listen..Pat(new head of maint.) will soon learn of this. Joe(head of maint. during blizzard) had words with Harvey and the unethical treatment of the tenants got caught helping tenants on his off time and was fired.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that the guys do wanna help but their hands are tied. They are treated badly too.

I think maybe we should cut them alittle slack, and when they are allowed to do something for us say "Thank You".

I know I appreciate every little thing they are allowed to do for me ....
