Out of 350 so apartments, dont you think its odd that there are only about 10 reviews. And thats over 3 years! I live here and my apartment was nicer than the model. Ive been fined, yes, but I deserved it. Look at the other apartments on James street, they dont have rules and they are trashy looking. I looked at all the other apartments and they were small and overpriced. We have everything we need in our apartment and its cheaper than all the rest. (and bigger) Im sure there are some people that dont get along with the office staff, they dont take any abuse, but if you pay your rent and abide by their simple rules you shouldnt have any problems. I live here and couldnt be more happy!

Yea well wait until you move out and you get very little of your deposit back. Regardless of how you leave your apt. Or when your heat goes up or no hot water and it takes days to get it fixed, if you are lucky enough.You must be getting something off your rent for writing this BS.

I lived there for 14 years and I'll tell you this: They are nasty, abusive and negligent in the care of their property. they only do cosmetic repairs and only after you practically kiss their tuss or make a threat to sue. I paid my rent and abided by their rules and that is how I was treated.

i've never lived here i was considering it but ha not anymore...after reading the reviews i am disgusted! to the F*ckin T...another reason is because when i called they were rude and didnt let me finsih my sentence. plus i meet the owner n he smells like moldy chedder cheese..for those of you who live there and actually LIKE it you must be high off the fums of the garbage that they never clean up...and those of you who hate it there but live there cause it's cheap God Bless ya

I lived here for 14 yrs,I was going to move there and the owner smelled like moldy cheese. Are you kidding me. Listen to yourselves. Most of you cant spell and why did you stay 14 years? This is my home! I dont want a bunch of welfare white trash knocking it because management made them angry. Truth of the matter is you probably trashed your apartment and now you want to hurt Jamestowne for keeping your deposit. Now that youre gone, dont you have better things to do with your time? Get over it, Im sure youre on your way to NOT getting your deposit back where you are living now!
