Here are the facts folks: The inside of the apartment is gorgeous and spacious, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, but in the winter it takes twice the amount of heat to heat the place because of the ceilings! Insulation!' not on your life. It is warm in one room, and the bedroom is ice cold when heat is on 70 degrees! The kids of the complex think that the parking lot is a playground. NUMEROUS calls made to the office about hockey playing, baseball, rollerblading, basketball, GOLF. I can't wait until a puck or golf ball goes through the car or house window. I have kept a log of this. Noone has talked to the parents of these kids about this. There are residents home all the time. They accept section 8 here and don't tell the paying residents this when they apply for the apartment. Alot of Real low life trash living here. All for 1200.00 a month!!! What a bargain! It turns my stomach that HUD exists!

This is news to me, I've lived at the Fairways since the first opened in 2000 in an upstairs unit. I have never had a problem with the heating system; however, the thermostats are computerized and if you don't know how to set it properly you will freeze when the heat is on 70; that's what the leasing office maintence people are there for. Also, my neighbors are section 8, they are wonderful people and have a gorgeous apartment. They are far from low-life trash. As far as children playing is concerned, the leasing office can do so much, kids are reflection of their parents parenting.
