ALL the resdience are nice and friendly people. the matenience staff NEVER will go in your home if you are not home but will come any hour if you have a problem. Patricia the woman who is in charge of renting out the apartments will go above and beyond to help you get the apartment that is right for you....I am a law enforcement officer and there are many others in the developement keeping a watchful eye..... so if you are an upstanding citizen looking for a safe affordable place to live FAIRWAYS IS FOR YOU!!!!!
