I have lived here for the last 3 1/2 years and can't wait to leave. When I first came here this was a nice place. Friendley people, you could leave you car unlocked, great staff. In the last year that has changed. The place has gone to hell. The freak that runs mainanence Reggie ignores requests for assistance. For more than 8 months we have asked the grout in the bathroom floor tiles to be repaired. Never got done even after my 2 year old went to the hospital for ingesting some of it. They threatened to throw us out because a cancer stricken relative was staying with us for 2 months and they weren't on the lease. The A/C broke and they wanted us to wait 2 days to fix it with a sick elderly person on 90 heat. My car was broken into and damaged 3 times in the last 6 months. They are renting to more and more section 8 families. Many of them are nice people but the riff raft are ever increasing. Patty in the office will tell everyone your buisness. I have had members of the mainanace come into my apartment unannounced for no reason. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to live here.
