Location and Apartment nice but Management makes no effort to pick trash up that blows on thre ground from overfull dumpsters. Have seen trash lay on the ground for months

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Hidden charges such a mandatory amentiy fee not mentioned in the lease.($200) Very Poor quality workmanship on repairs, Apartment was left dirty when microwave recall repair was done. Apartments not properly relocked after manangement leaves apartment. Communication very poor (in terms of notifying tenants regarding new information.)
Office not open when it is supposed to be. Managment enjoys going for strolls together But they don't bend to pick up debris. They had a lovely display of lights on their balaconey for every occassion..Green for St. Patricks, Red for Valentines Day, Christmas lights, Pastels for Easter..but seem to lack the time to deal for taking care of the basics at the complex.
