I just recently moved to the complex and find the reviews half/half. Since I moved in the only problem I've had is that the club house is no longer available for tenant use i.e., parties. I was told this was due to tenants damaging the facilities. I voiced my dismay in not being able to use the facilities but was told that the change came from the Upper Management. However, since you are required to provide a deposit for use of the facilities, I feel that should cover damages and other tenants shouldn't be punished for others misuses of the facilities. Other than this issue, I've found living here a pleasant experience (so far). Fortunately, I haven't experienced any problem with the Office Management staff. All issues (other than the use of the Club House) have been resolved in a timely manner> Minor maintenace calls have been handled pretty quick and to my satifaction. Rent is high but no higher than other rentals in this area.
