This apartment complex is a very nice place to live! The office personel is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I have never had any negative issues with the management, but that is probably because I take pride in where I live and respect my neighbors. In reading the "ratings", it appears that some people are just nasty. My maintenance requests have always been taken care of quickly and they respond on the same day. Usually within minutes. The complex is taken care of extremely well and the management works very hard to keep it looking and running well. I have always found the property manager easy to get along with and he works hard to keep the complex a pleasant place to live.

Management does reply to calls quickly, however most times, unless it is a very simple call, they must be called back to fix the same thing over and over again. Dealing with management is fine if you are dealing with the woman in the office, forget about it if you must deal with him...Nasty, rude and does get in your face, I am still living there while my house is being built cannot wait to leave because of the unprofessionalism that goes on.
